Phase 1 Update at The Tern & Covid-19!

The Tern At East Beach has exciting updates to share! Phase One of construction has begun framing! Our crews on site are working diligently to maintain a safe work environment by following guidelines with respect to the COVID-19 virus. We are especially thankful during this time for the progress our crews have been able to make with special attention to safety. Our Phase One Compass Model building is framed and roofs are being installed. Next week, the first Waypoint and Lighthouse buildings will begin their framing!
